• Car Park 1 – Multi-storey parking facility next to the Westmead Centre for Oral Health (Darcy Road & Institute Road).
• Car Park 2 – Near the main hospital entrance. Height limits are 2 m from Darcy Road or 1.8 metres from Hawkesbury Road.
• Car Park 4 – Beside the Emergency Department and University Clinics (Hawkesbury Road, 2 metres height limit). Spaces are set aside here for Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre patients.
